Our Shipping Options
We offer two secure, monitored transport methods tailored to your location and preference. Every journey is customized to minimize stress, maintain comfort, and ensure your puppy arrives healthy and happy.
1. Ground Transportation – Climate-Controlled Private Vehicle
Our recommended option for domestic adoptions within the continental United States. Your puppy travels in a dedicated, temperature-monitored vehicle operated by a trained pet handler. The vehicle is equipped with:
Non-slip, absorbent bedding for comfort and hygiene.
Proper ventilation and draft-free compartments.
Sanitary provisions for longer journeys.
Continuous climate control to maintain optimal temperature.

2. Priority Air – Temperature-Controlled Cabin Transport
For expedited delivery or longer distances, we utilize specialized pet air transport services that place your puppy in a climate-controlled cabin environment—never in cargo holds. This service includes:
IATA-compliant travel containers with secure fittings.
In-transit checks and hydration as required by EU and international welfare standards .
Direct flight routing where possible to minimize transit duration.
Estimated Transit Time: 1 business day for most destinations.
What We Do to Ensure a Safe Journey
We adhere to the highest welfare standards for animal transport, following guidelines that prioritize comfort, hydration, and minimal stress . Our protocol includes:
Pre-Travel Health Clearance: Every puppy receives a veterinary health certificate within 72 hours of travel, confirming they are fit for transport.
Controlled Feeding: Puppies are fed according to veterinary recommendations—typically 2–4 hours before departure for younger dogs to prevent nausea during transit .
Hydration Monitoring: Fresh water is available throughout the journey, and handlers check and replenish supplies during every rest break.
Rest Stops: For ground transport, rest breaks occur every 4 hours. Handlers offer food and water and allow dogs to safely relieve themselves in enclosed, secure areas .
Container Standards: Each puppy travels in a container that meets minimum size requirements—length equal to the puppy's nose-to-tail measurement plus 5–12 cm, height at least 12 cm above their head, and width 2.5 times the width of their shoulders . Bedding is non-toxic, absorbent, and comfortable.
Security and Orientation: All containers are clearly marked with a "Live Animals" sign and orientation arrows. They are secured to prevent movement or displacement during transit .

What Happens If There Is a Delay?

Ensure your puppy receives additional rest, food, and water during any extended transit.
